Returns Policy
If any painting is bought over the value of £250 thne within the year of purchase you would like a refund and it is in perfect condition then you will always receive the original buying price the painting was orginaly sold for. If demand continues for the artwork then their painting will increase in value and hey would make the profit the next buyer would pay for the painting.
Please provide proof of sale when contacting. Please note that any sale items will be purchased back off you for the sale price not the orginal price.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All of which will be communicated to you upon confirmation of refund.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
